Our service agreement and operational policies.

By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.


1. Scope of Service

We provide independent doorstep repair, maintenance, and installation services for various household appliances. All services are performed by experienced technicians based on the customer’s specific request and description of the fault.

2. Independent Status Disclosure

As stated in our Brand Disclaimer, we are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or represent any appliance brand or manufacturer. Customers acknowledge that hiring our services may affect the validity of any existing manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Service Charges & Estimates

  • Inspection Fee: A nominal visit/inspection fee is applicable for diagnosing the appliance. This fee is often waived or adjusted if the customer proceeds with the suggested repair.
  • Quotations: Final repair costs (labor + parts) will be provided after physical inspection. Prices may vary based on the complexity of the repair and the cost of replacement parts.
  • Payments: All payments must be made immediately upon completion of the service via cash, UPI, or digital payment methods as supported by our technicians.

4. Warranty on Repairs

We offer a limited-period warranty on our labor and any spare parts replaced by us (unless otherwise stated at the time of repair).
Note: This warranty does *not* cover:

  • Physical damage or mishandling by the user after the repair.
  • Fluctuations in voltage or external electrical issues.
  • Issues unrelated to the specific part repaired or replaced.

5. Spare Parts Policy

We use high-quality compatible or genuine spare parts depending on availability and customer preference. We do not provide a warranty for parts supplied by the customer themselves.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers are requested to provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge a basic visit fee if the technician arrives at the location and the service is canceled without prior notice.

7. Liability Limitation

While our technicians take utmost care, we are not liable for any pre-existing internal damage to the appliance, data loss (in electronic panels), or incidental damages resulting from the failure of aged components during the repair process.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in our primary service area.

By booking a service via phone, WhatsApp, or our website form, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
